Highland Park being an upper scale residential and shopping community, franchisee, Hamra Enterprises, new the importance of establishing a presence there.  With one of their Panera Bread models, it was sure to be favored by the locals.  Positioned at the end of an existing line of buildings rich in character and detailing, it was important to maintain that urban fabric by preserving the existing outer shell.  While being one of Hamra Enterprise's smallest concept units to date it however does not lack in character and detailing.
