With OTC looking to expand into Lebanon, MO; Reuben and Mary Lou Casey were able to donate two 36,000 sf buildings to OTC.  These two buildings are situated north and south to each other.  The south building houses classrooms, labs, and an office administration area.  The north building houses the technical labs for HVAC, welding, and automotive training.
