With such beautiful views from a heavily wooded lot came a challenging site that was both steep and awkwardly shaped.   Because of the site challenges along with the heavily loaded program requirements for this lake house, it was a natural solution to incorporate three levels for living and playing.  The views offered to the north were greeted with a large beautiful pond along with a heavily wooded forest line.
